Cheerleading

It seems like tennis is the king sport on HSL, so who on here cheers?

LoL, I doubt more than 1 or 2 other girls do. I know of one person.

Wow, that’s it? I guess they aren’t lying when they say tennis is the sport of smart people.

I used to cheerlead.

A: It seems like tennis is the king sport on HSL
B: Who on here cheers?

Still trying to figure out how A and B relate to each other. Everyone else seems to get it.

I play baseball. ^ They don’t

I did cheerleading in middle school, haha.

Yeah… no. Tennis is the sport for smart people is a stereotype. There are tons of smart people who play different sports. I mean, I play soccer and basketball.

^i thought you were gonna say you’re a cheerleader. i’m a little dissapointed

No, I’m not a cheerleader. The thought of me wearing **** like male cheerleaders scares me.

I did for all 4 years of high school and I was varsity co-captain my senior year (which was really only last year; gahhh, I feel so old). I really really loved the sport/activity/whatever you wanna call it itself, but I absolutely hated some of the girls and we had the dumbest, most incompetent coach ever for the past 3 years till he got fired back in March, so that made things kinda difficult. But I will always have appreciation for cheerleading itself because it’s so much fun and I really did make some amazing friends and memories.

^ Our varsity team last year. :D

Platts was a chearleader??? I thought she would have an Antagonismleader!

^^ are you the guy on the right?

No, but I’m good friends with someone who’ll be cheering for a D1 school next year.

Yeah, I’m friends with a college cheerleader. Nbd.

You’re hilarious.

One of my old gymnastics teammates does competitive cheerleading. She’s at the highest level and her team did really well at the world championships. It’s nothing like high school cheerleading, lol.

I was a cheerleader when I was 7 :D

We did cheerleading in class last year (I go to an all girls’ school, not implying that boys don’t cheerlead) it was fun. I got to be the flyer since I’m 5’ 1 and so people had to lift me up in stunts.
However I don’t think if my school had a cheer squad I’d be in it because I’m not very flexible and all so I’d probably not make it to the squad.
I play volleyball (yes, I’m the shortest in my team) and I used to play tennis, I sucked. Lost every game of the season!

I’ve been cheerleading since the fifth grade, and I’m varsity captain this year! I love all the spirit involved with being a cheerleader, and I’ll definitely miss cheer when I’m in university, since I’m not planning to continue at the college-level.

Tennis is the smart people sport…hm

I would not want to further this stereotype…but all of the guys on my math team, solely excluding one individual, play tennis.

I play tennis as well.

Cheerleading never interested me.
