Chem 101 readiness test

Any tips on studying for chem 101 placement test? I don't have time to read the whole high school chem book.

Invest in SparkNotes/CliffNotes/etc…

Do the problems on the sample test.

Other than that, I have no idea.

@asphyxiac, is there a specific one you would suggest to buy?

I like Schaum’s Outlines, personally. Or any AP Chemistry guide, with problems for you to do.

Don’t forget algebra. There are a few math problems on there too; if my memory is correct, there were two logarithm questions.

I passed that test without even studying with just high school chemistry. Just to be safe, I would buy the chemistry sparknote book and study it a little each night before the test. Honestly, its nothing to stress over.
