Anybody have any info on the professor HONTZEAS? I can not find any information on him anywhere. Also would you guyz recommend taking Chem 14a and Physics 6c during the same summer session A?

i took Chem 20A and Math 32A last summer and i had plenty of time to have fun.

it doesn't really matter who you have for 14A because the material is not hard at all. 6C isn't too bad, but it could make a difference who you have. some professors teach very mathematically (proofs), others just focus on practical problem solving.

yes you can easily take those two during session A

I have heard horror stories for the introductory chem classes here so I was curious. Is Chem 14a more difficult than say LS1? PEROOMIAN is teaching 6c.

peroomian was great. :D

It is so weird hearing about people taking chem14a and 14b NOT with lavelle. I rarely hear of it from people in the Life Sciences. It is usually only people who take it off season, some people I know took chem14a as a GE. Hmm.

ls1 was harder than 14A for me. it depends how you learn best. if you can store a lot of random (useless) info in your brain, LS1 will be relatively easy.
