<p>Chem 1A: What materials are in the Custom Chemistry package for fall semester? Is there any particular place where I could buy them used?</p>
<p>Math 1A: What is the exact name of the calculus textbook used in this class? I looked online and there are several books by Stewart, 6th edition, that discuss calculus, so I was confused.</p>

<p>Math 1A uses a custom Berkeley edition. It’s much smaller than the actual Stewart one. The page numbers and problem numbers are different, I recommend the Berkeley one just because it’s easier to do assignments and to carry around.</p>
<p>I called the Student Store a while ago, and the person said the Chem package includes the textbook (Chemistry of Change by Oxtoby, 4th edition I think…) and the OWL online access (it’s for the Online hw and stuff).
I think you can get these two separately, rather than buying the package. The person helping me didn’t mention anything else that’s in the package, but you may want to call and make sure?</p>
