my last chemistry class was at sophomore year. i'm trying to see if i like science field. but i missed chem 4 and i heard that this helps alot for chem6A. should i just try chem6A without chem 4? then which professor? sinha, hoeger, or trogler??

Lots of people jump straight into chem6a

i was the same way with chem, but i went to chem6a and it’s fine.
honestly, there is a bit of high school chem in it, so if you have your notes from before it would be a good idea to look over them.
but chem6a isnt all that hard.
just make sure to read the textbook, i find it helpful even with my prof’s lectures.

If you did well in high school chem, even sophomore year, you’ll be fine in 6A. The first half of 6A is slightly harder than the second half though, so make sure you do the homework and you’ll be fine.

I got a C in AP Chem sophomore year, but I think chem 6a is still manageable. Just read the book, go to lecture, and do the homework, like everybody said. I would take hoeger. i’ve never had him but he has really good ratings on cape and ratemyprofessor.
