Okay so I'm probably going to take Chem for advancement in summer school this summer and I was wondering, how worthwhile would it be for me to start studying for the Chem SAT II alongside taking the class? I would get a workbook to prep for the SAT II as well, and then take the SAT II in October if I were to go through with it. What do you guys think? Is it worthwhile? thanx.

that sounds like a good idea

thanx socks (nice sn btw) anyone else?

anybody...

take the class normally, and use the prep book to fill in anything you don't understand in class or things that are not covered in class. Then just do practice tests.

thax skp21, that's good advice. :)

your plan sounds like a good idea. Actually, I was planning on doing something like that myself, but it turns out that time isn't my frriend.

yeah, I do the same thing for my classes...for my chem honors, she mentioned casually about looking through them for test questions, so I use 3 to REALLY COVER IT (she's not a good explainer) and get all the test q's...I'm sure you'll do good
