Chem Placement

I have to take the placement exam next week and I was wondering what I should study. Is it a written exam or multiple choice.

It’s multiple choice.

There is really no reason you need to study for it – the results don’t influence anything. Also, if you’ve had any chemistry courses before the placement test should be ridiculously easy.

Thanks
I had Ap Chem last year and got a three on the test so I was hoping that I could place into Organic Chem.

Yes, everyone at my orientation thought the chemistry placement test was very easy! I’m sure you will do fine. If anything, you have to watch out for the foreign language exam, which everyone failed (unless of course you have a different “first language”).

I did horrible on that placement test. I didn’t take AP chem or anything, which might explain why. It should be easy if you have a strong foundation in chemistry, which you obviously do.

The only chem class I took was Honors Chem in 10ththe grade and I placed into Orgo. The test is really easy. Don’t worry about it.

I think I am ready I went over my ap chem review book and I also have the spanish one, which I really dont care about at this point. I took spanish for 4 yrs and Ill just try my best. Thanks for your help you guys:)
