Chem Problem Help

The volume of a sample of a gas at 273C is 200L. If the volume is decreased to 100L at constant pressure, what will be the new temperature of the gas?

I got 273K (or 0C)

What will be the new volume of 100mL of gas if the Kelvin temperature and the pressure are both doubled?

I got 100mL, which seems too easy, but logical since I'm using the combined formula (which combines a direct and indirect relationship).

I can't find the answer key to these problems. Thanks in advance!

Both of those are right…You just need to use the combined gas law P1V1/T1=P2V2/T2…pretty straight forward.

^Thanks home boy!

EDIT: I hope you know that I did not just say that because you are from Kenya.
