Chem6a Professors

Who's a better chem prof. Czworkowski, John or Brydges, Stacey.
I heard Czworkowski is an extremely boring lecturer. I dont know much about Brydges. I've already checked ratemyprofessors.com so please dont tell me to check there.

well from reading previous posts czworkowski is a bad professor due to his boring-ness of his lectures and powerpoints...well nobody knows about brydges, i hope she is a good professor..im in her class!

ok, i won't tell you to check ratemyprofessors ... but i will tell you to check the archives. this topic's been brought up SO MANY TIMES in the last month.

(and for anyone who's still wondering -- i asked some of my students here if they had ever taken brydges, and nobody had ever heard of her)

brydges seems to be a good teacher, she introduced herself and talked about columbia university...but she told us about her grading policies which were good and she seems to be decently versed in technology(she will oversee her own chem forum and be on chat sometimes), takes the best 4 of 5 quizes...she sounds better than czworkowski..but i dont know how she pars up to johnson..

haha what'd she say about columbia? i'm pretty curious, since my experience here has been nothing like what it was at ucsd ...

basically she just said that she taught at columbia, made references about some nobel peace prize winner that taught at columbia and founded the chemistry division at ucsd, its academic excellence, and its "a great university"..thats about it LOL

Is that a good or a bad thing?

Haha. Also, first day is in the books. Also, peterson hall class + 325 students = VERY HOT.
