ChemE at UC Berkeley vs. UTexas vs. UF

Sorry for those who have seen this thread many times before, but I need some help deciding.

UC Berkeley - 45k

UTexas - 45k

UF - 20k

Please if you can, list the advantages and disadvantages of going to these schools.

I plan on working 2 years hopefully in Cali or Texas before getting my PhD (tuition costs are covered for that right?) and then hopefully get my MBA. Is this a feasible option? Which school would be best for pursuing this? I plan on getting into the biotech or energy industries or even investment banking maybe, but I'd like to be a business exec in one of these industries.

Also, as far as finances go, my parents would prefer I go to UF to save money but we've talked and they are willing to pay for Berkeley or Texas.

If you do chemE in Texas, then it should be easier to get petroleum engineering jobs if thats what you want to do.
