Chemical Engineering Major: Which School Should I Transfer?

I am currently studying in CC in WA state as freshman, and I plan to transfer to a 4-yr institution for my junior year. I would like to major in Chemical Engineering. Any suggestions on which school I should apply to?

Currently, the ones that I am planning to apply are: Stanford (high reach), UC Berkeley (reach), UC Los Angeles, UT at Austin. But I think they are all kinda hard to get in… What else should I apply to? Which school offers a good chemical engineering program?

UW and WSU among Washington publics have ABET-accredited chemical engineering.

I am an international student, so I guess out-of-states and in-states are more or less the same…
And UW only admits transfers in spring quarter…
