Chemical Engineering PhD Advice

I'm currently a senior in chemical engineering at the University of North Dakota. I'm in the process of applying to graduate schools and wondering which PhD programs I should apply to that I could possibly get in to.

My stats:

Major: Chemical Engineering

Minors: Chemistry, Mathematics

Overall GPA - 4.0

GRE - 750Q, 400V, 4.5AW

Research Experience - 2+ years Analytical Chemistry Lab for small private company, 2010 U of South Carolina summer REU Program (will lead to future publication)

Awards - AICHE 2008 Donald F. Othmer Sophomore Academic Excellence Award, North Dakota Society of Pro Engineers top Sophomore, Junior, and Senior Award, UND department of chemical engineering Sophomore and Junior class student of the year. Handful of scholariships, Dean's list (8 times), Pres Honor Roll (7 times)

Activities - very active in American Institute of Chemical Engineers with a lot of volunteer hours

Would I have any chance of getting in to Princeton, Madison, or Delaware with these credentials, or am I shooting too high? Can anyone recommend some schools I should apply to?
