Chemical engineering transfer student

Hi, I'm an undergrad student currently attending UT Permian Basin, and I was wondering what the chances are of getting accepted into A&M's chemical engineering program as a transfer student. I currently have a 3.76 GPA and have completed Cal I&II, PhysicsI, Chemistry I, History I&II, English I&II, and speech, this fall I will take the last of the classes that can be transferred to A&M. Do my chances look good for getting accepted for the spring semester?

Yea man, that look pretty good. Need Physics II, and Chemistry II to be even more competitive. Except I think you didn’t need to take Speech, unless you’re trying for an Associates. (Think you need Technical Writing)

Follow Track D for Engineering.

The more classes you knock out the better your chance are is what I was told. Mainly Cal I,II; Physics I,II; Chem I,II; TAMU usually ask about these classes and GPA.

Thank you! And thanks for telling me about the degree tracks, I didn’t know about those until you pointed it out.
