Okay so I'm considering transferring. I'm currently a first year (sophomore status) attending the University of California, Riverside. I'd like to either be in the New York / New Jersey area or southern California. My major is chemical engineering.

High school GPA - ~3.75 (weighted)
SAT Verbal - 630
SAT Math - 610
SAT II Chemistry - 710
SAT II Writing - 570
SAT II Math II - 520

AP Tests:

Government - 3
Chemistry - 5
US History - 2
Physics - 3
4 years of sports

College courses completed:
Calculus - B first semester, B+ second semester

Currently taking 14 credits:
Vector Calculus - should get an A
Chemistry - will get an A
Anthropology - should get an A
Introduction to Chemical Engineering - will pass (pass or fail)

The next two quarters I will be taking:
Vector Calculus
English
Chemistry
Physics
(17 credits)

Currently I'm looking at Stevens Institute of Technology and Rutgers. Most of the UCs won't let you transfer unless you are a junior otherwise I'd include UCSD and UCSB. What are some good colleges that I should consider and what are my chances?
