Chemical Engineering

I'm trying to decide between several chemical engineering programs. Below I have listed the schools I have been accepted to and their cost.

University of Illinois (in state, James Scholar) (30000/year)
Purdue University (37000/year)
University of Minnesota (honors program, 20000/year)
University of Wisconsin (31000/year)
Ohio State (honors program, 20000/year)

All of those costs are after financial aid offers (except Wisconsin)

My parents are giving me 70000 for my 4 years of college. Anything else has to be paid by me. For this reason, Ohio State and Minnesota are my top two options.

Is it worth the debt to attend any of the other schools I listed?

I'm interested in potentially using my degree to go into an energy field after undergrad, and then going back to school for either an MBA or a MS/PhD in engineering.

Anyone have input to how much engineering rankings actually matter? I know OSU is ranked a lot lower than Minnesota for ChE.

Any input at all is welcome. Thanks in advance.

Have you visited the schools and kicked the tires? What campus/dorms match your personality? What about the food? Each College of Engineering has different spin to it. For example the Chemical Engineering department at the University of Wisconsin has more students applying to it than openings. God is in the details.

What school has the best Co-Op program? What are the top three companies that recruit at each school? There is a lot overlap between MN and WI for Chemical Engineering employers.

MN is the best department Chemical Engineering department but Wisconsin is very close.
