I plan on applying to Cornell, Johns Hopkins, Carnegie Mellon, Lehigh, RPI, and Georgia Tech...what are my chances for each, and can you suggest any other good chemical engineering colleges? THANKS

Apply to Umich. My friend got in there as a ChemE major like you and got some good scholarship (I think around 20k a year).

You need to bring that SAT score up though for consideration. Also, keep in mind that Umich takes your highest single sitting SAT score.

Your SAT I scores are a little low, but not bad. The SAT II scores are solid (except for maybe physics).

EC-wise it's obvious you like band, but other than that, I don't see where your passions are. Do you have any leadership positions in these clubs?

As for chances? I think you are a match at Lehigh, RPI, and Georgia Tech.
Carnegie Mellon is a reach, but not too much, assuming your EC's are stronger than you are showing.

Cornell and JHU are farther reaches, but don't avoid applying because anything can happen.

I agree with the people above. Your SAT scores are a bit low. Consider the ACT if SAT isn't your thing. You may also want to try and get more chemistry awards since that seems to be your interest. Good luck!
