<p>MIT, UCB, Stanford, UCSB are some</p>

<p>UDelaware is excellent--DuPont, AstraZeneca being local.</p>

<p>UMinnesota-Twin Cities is ranked quite high in chemE, as is UMichigan
CU-Boulder is good</p>

<p>University of Minnesota, where out of state tuition is only slightly higher than in state tuition.</p>
