<p>The book for CHEM 102 is Zumdahl 8th edition ISBN: 978-0-547-12532-9. While looking online, I found that there is an international version of the book, and it is only selling for about $50, while the normal chemistry book sells for anywhere between $150-$200. I was wondering if anyone has bought the international version. Is it really the exact same material inside the book like all of the descriptions say? Thanks!</p>
<p>International editions are the same, however they are soft cover and are difficult to sell after you are done with them.</p>
<p>I would recommend getting the 7th edition, you could probably get it for $25 and the only difference will be the page numbers and perhaps a little bit of extra content–chemistry isn’t reinvented every couple years.</p>
