bump bump...anyone...28 views come one ...lol

okay did u have any chemistry yet?
if u did...just glance through ur notes and a study guide...it shouldn't be a really big deal.....

Are you taking it in December? Me too. I'm kind of worried because I've heard people say that having AP Chem experience really helps, and honors chem doesn't usually cut it. So right now, I've got the chemistry practice test in the blue book. In that, I'm studying the topics I don't know from questions I can't answer. I'm going to get an SAT chemistry review book too, but I haven't found a good one that a lot of people recommend.

notes? Man i took 2 pages of notes in chemistry lol. I would NEVER be able to retake chemistry lol

lol...^^ i'm with kevinscool...notes...yea ok...lol. but anyway like Debbie, i'm taking the test in December. I took chem for the first time this past summer at a program at MIT and i'm taking AP chem so i'm in the process of learning it...but i haven't by any means learned all thats covered on the test...but can anyone tell me about the curve on the chem test? ( i wanna hear that its like math II lol)

Chem test curve is moderate. If you're good at math, 700+ is easily expected (obviously side by side with chemistry knowledge). I've heard math 2c curves are harsh at times?? Maybe I'm wrong, but if you consider yourself hard-workign and smart then Chemistry is an easy 800

yea i wish, i'm not the typical CC genius though, far from it. So nothing is an easy 800 for me lol

There are only about 10000000 threads asking this exact same question, do a search.

I dunno, i am pretty smart in school and hard working, and got a 5 and an A on ap chem, but took the SAT chem in NOV and think i might have gotten like 600-650. Urg don't underestimate it by all means. It did not go good for me, even though i did very well in ap chem and knew a lot of chem. By the way when do results come out?

okay, so why do u need to take SAT II then? if it's for a specific college that doesn't accept the AP Chem for placement or something..then that's fine. But still, if you made a 5 on AP CHem...why worrying at all? Just review basic stuffs...it's gonna be easy for u!

well a lot of colleges want two SAT 2. I thought the chem would be easy but apperently i needed to do a lot more reviewing. Oh well i will get my score i presume soon.
