Chemistry or ChemE/MSE

I really don't know still. I have taken all my math required except for Engineering Statistics.
I've taken: Diff EQ=A-, all 3 calculus courses, Linear Algebra, with As.

I also have taken physics with straight A- across the board. And Organic Chemistry with As in the first two and A- in the last.

This is all at a community college. I am worried when stepping up to the plate at a University I will fail....

Anyway I wasn't really interested in physics while I took it(teacher wasn't all too great though), I just really hated kinematics.

I am really interested in how to create new compounds, materials, and how to use current materials and recreate them into something new, does that make sense?(sorta improve them.)

I am interested in how we use reactions to act as fuel, etc....

I just guess it lends more towards chemistry but I may be wrong here. Maybe it is CHEME or MSE? And I've heard that ChemE and Chemistry are relatively close in difficulty/time consumption. help?

Well at least part of your interests seem to fit MSE. U obviously enjoy chemistry, so a little research on what those majors you are thinking about do and then comparing it to what you want to do would be beneficial.

I’d suggest MSE. It seems to fit your interests more than ChemE.

Go for materials engineering.

Note that chemistry job prospects are not as good as chemical engineering or materials engineering job prospects, so if you need a tie breaker, you may want to consider that.
