I am looking for the best AP Chemistry prep book in terms of depth. A 5 on the AP test is nice, but I would like to go "beyond" this and learn as much as I can. Which prep book probably provides the most depth and would provide the best explanations possible? Also I can understand the math easily, but its the concepts that I often would have trouble with. Thanks in advance.

Barrons would probably be your best bet for depth, as it’s almost like a textbook. However, I’ve also heard that it has a lot of superfluous information, which, from your post, doesn’t seem to be an issue.

The general consensus is to go with the Princeton Review book- it’s concise, straighforward, and explains well.
