Chem regents always seem to be easy to me(96), math b on the other hand....

I got a 96.

lol leave it to CC to produce all the 90+ scorers, while most people in my highschool, one of the top in the nation, have scored in the 70's

Chem was my lowest Regents at a 96, two years ago. Apparently my school did beastly on that test this year. We had an approximate 70% fail rate, which is much higher than previous years. I wonder if this is a state-wide trend.

Personally, though, I thought AP chem was easier than Regents. It's not the teacher, either, because I had the same one for both. Maybe it was because I took AP more seriously, or maybe it was because the concepts weren't watered down and semi-fudged so everyone could understand them, so they made sense to me. Could have to do with the fact that I stopped sleeping in class every other day.

im pretty sure i only got 3 wrong, 4 tops which i think is a 94-96, but im pretty good at chem. Math b kicked my ass. Don't know my grade yet but i know its terrible

70 percent failed?
i dunno if that's considered beasting the exam...

got an 100!

I mean chem is a tough regent, but it isn’t THAT hard. You just have to put in a lot of effort to do well, but it isn’t hard. Trig on the other hand is a genuinely hard regent. I got an 84 on chem, and I’m not a science person.

I’m taking it this year!

Is trig really that hard? I find Regents-level courses all pretty easy…trig is a joke right now.
