Hi I’m trying to enroll into Chem 2B but it says I’m restricted. I’m done with Chem 2A, but since I am a transfer, I finished that in community college. I know that in order to enroll for Chem 2A, you need to take the chem and mathematics test as it says on the Winter 2012 catalog,
“SATISFACTORY TEST SCORES ON MATHEMATICS AND CHEMISTRY
DIAGNOSTIC TESTS ARE REQUIRED TO ENROLL IN CHE 002A.
STUDENTS WHO HAVE NOT PASSED BOTH TESTS WILL NEED TO DROP
THEMSELVES FROM THE COURSE.”
Would I still need to take these tests in order to enroll in Chem 2B?

From what I’ve been told, upperclassmen won’t be able to register for the Chem 2 series until Pass 2 because they restricted it only to freshmen and sophomores for Pass 1.

Im in the same boat, we ( upper div students) gotta wait till pass 2 to register for chem

thanks for the info. I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to enroll in chem, so I enrolled to some other classes for the time being.
