The science that is. Leaning towards W&M for it's smaller campus and undergrad focus. Am I missing something?

Not necessarily, though Gtown and WashU both have compact, defined campuses and about the same # of undergrads.

None of these schools are known for their scientific prowess besides WashU which is a great school to be at if you’re interested in studying Life Sciences. I would be tempted to choose WashU in your case-it probably has the highest caliber science students (Chemistry would be an afterthought at Georgetown) and a very strong undergraduate residential experience (awesome dorms, foods, and professor access).

Surpisingly (??) Chem is one science that is actually very good at UVa. Uva overall

“SoCal” as in USC?

If so, plenty of premeds on campus and an excellent Engineering school, so they do all physical sciences well. But a much different feel than W&M.

Is cost a factor? Are you instate for UVa & W&M? If so, then I have to agree with barrons, UVa.
