Which textbook is better to self-study from: Oxtoby's Principles of Modern Chemistry or Atkins Chemical Principle: the quest for insight?

Hey Mansu,

I’m taking the course right now, and honestly, the book we’re using: Chemistry the Central Science (12th Edition) by Brown, Lemay, Bursten, Murphy, and Woodward is excellent. When I was in honors chemistry last year, I would look through the THEN AP Chemistry book which was Zumdahl, and this book is so much better. The company also has promotions at times where you can get the AP Review Book that follows this book exactly for free. It’s a great book so I recommend it - I have never looked at the books you listed, but I’m doing well in the class with this book.
