<p>JUST A PERIODIC TABLE? Nothing else?</p>

<p>Do i need to memorize all the oxidation states of certain ions with multiple numbers?</p>

<p>Just the periodic table, and possibly a few constants (can't remember...)</p>

<p>I think you need to know the basic oxidation numbers/rules (e.g. O is 2- except in peroxides, elements are 0, etc.) Nothing too fancy (i.e. don't need to memorize half reactions :P)</p>
