<p>I must apply before 7 march for the New SAT in may, but I dont know how cheques works and which one I must buy in the Netherlands.
Can you please help me out? And must I also pay VAT, because I take the test in europe?</p>

<p>Are cheques of thomas cook or Travelex or western union appropriate to sent to collegeboard</p>
