<p>Put it into a search engine. I would guess that it is offered by some Pitt alumni organization from the Chesapeake and Potomac region for students from that area.</p>
<p>Yes, I agree. Alumni clubs give scholarships, usually a relatively small amount. My daughter was invited to apply for the local Pitt Club scholarship, and she did, but she didn’t get it. It is worth doing, though. You never know.</p>
