For my essay, I'm kind of stuck. I would like to write about how much I like learning and how I have A LOT of confidence these days to outperform my freshman self.

nice schedule. yeah, you should be fine. work really, really, REALLY hard on the essays

for your essays, I think I would avoid just telling the admissions people "i really love learning and I'll do better than I did freshman year" or something like that. I think it's usually better to show, not tell. so, maybe instead you'd want to give the adcom a glimpse into your personality, and they'll see for themselves.

your grades look great and your ECs sem particularly interesting. bug displayer? what's that? lol

Well I take out millipedes, walking sticks and cockroaches and I pick them up, tell kids and adults about them, let them hold the bugs, etc. Compared to what people I know are doing as volunteer work, my work seems to be much funner!

funner? of course you mean MORE fun

yes, sorry... :(

dam straight

yeah work on 'em essays...but man was it the right choice to take so many AP classes this last year?

Well, I'm taking the courses this upcoming year. I know it may seem like a lot of work but, I really need those classes to better prepare myself for whatever college I'll be going to. The coursework will also be great once AP exams are over, easy last month of school! :)

wow...i dunno if u should go so hard on yourself all of a sudden....In college u only take like 3 courses a semester...ur going from 0-60 too fast. You have a lot of work cut out for you...if i were you i would've cut it down to 3 or 4 so i could concentrate better on those and have a happier senior year...but who knows if you could do it, get good grades, and ace the exams, then kudos.

oo did i mention have fun...(go to prom, luncheons, parties, volunteer, join a sport you've always wanted to join).

Well thanks, but I'm definately not taking all the AP exams. Just math, chem, psych, spanish and english. I know I'll be a busy guy but I think I can do it and my guidance counselor didn't really object to my schedule and neither did my parents.
