I found this online and thought it would be pretty cool to note. Can you imagine being a law school student having to argue a moot court case in front of the CHIEF JUSTICE of the United States Supreme Court. Nerve racking to say the least I am sure. Awesome honor for Wake Forest too.

Pretty cool. They held the mock trial in an almost packed Wait Chapel. I can't imagine the law students will have a more nerve racking moment in their careers.

Ruth Bader Ginsburg was on campus earlier this semester too . . .

Many, many years ago (in 1978 to be exact), I argued before the late Justice Byron White and two judges from the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals in the Moot Court finals at my law school. Afterwards, I got to sit next to Justice White at a dinner for partipants. For a law student (and a sports fan--White was runner up for the Heisman Trophy in college, and played and starred in the NFL), it doesn't get any beter than that. The Wake Forest kids will never, ever forget that experience.

Nervous--of course. Once you start arguing though, things get a lot easier very quickly.

Yeah...I assume that they will never forget this one. I would be physically ill for a while leading up to that I am sure. Good thing I didn't go to law school and stuck with medicine.
