<p>For those who have taken the Chinese language placement test, does it test explicitly on pinyin? (As in, will it explicitly ask for the pinyin and tones given the characters) I'm self-studying for the test and I'm trying to go as fast as possible; there's no time to fiddle around memorizing pinyin and tones, although I can read it. Also, is this a purely written test or multiple choice or what? Thanks!</p>
