What is the maximum number of questions you can get wrong to still have an 800?

i believe 1?
the curve is extremely harsh on this one :/

my question exactly. i know i screwed up a question. what is the curve going to be like?

of questions?

there were 85 questions

that means you can get two wrong. The prep book certainly did not say that.

Is it okay for us to discuss the questions yet?

^I’d say so. No one ever follows the whole contract thing anyway.

Anyone remember what the second to last question in part II was about? I know I had trouble with it, but I remember neither the problem nor the answers. All I remember is that it was the one before the question about your clothes getting wet from rain.

what was the answer about the clothes getting wet from the rain? I said ‘ling’. i had it narrowed down to ‘dui’, ‘ba’ and ‘ling’. i think i was wrong though.
and i got one of the listening wrong. the one that said ‘sheng huo fei hai bu gao’, i said ‘yi bian chi fan, yi bian nian shu’ haha. WRONG.

Ooh that was the last question. I didn’t really get it either, and I put down “令” cuz “把” didn’t make any sense.

I did 叫. I thought it was between that and 令. does 叫 not work?
for that listening one, I was confused too 'cause two of them said something about eating. I put B.

@HoaJin and Pynne, I don’t think I put reading/studying while eating.
I think that was choice C?
I put choice B. Something like doing stuff while reading/studying.
That was a weird question, though. Didn’t even make sense.

And for the wet clothes one, I put “jiao.”

Haha, too lazy to type out Chinese. :)

叫 makes no sense, though. It means to call, and I don’t think I’ve heard it used extensively in another way before.

I put choice B for the not enough money one. It was working/studying at the same time or something.

for the taiwan reading passage one, was that detailed information or travel arrangements?
and for the store on with the new years’ stuff, was that extending hours?

Detailed information. Yes, extending hours.

Nice :} Thanks!

anyone remember the last question on the first section of the listening part? It had smg to do with an airport announcement that told the passengers to do smg. what did it tell them to do?? I was kinda zoning out, lol.

Yeah I remember that one.

It said something about deng ji men.

I wasn’t sure if it was telling passengers to check in or be ready to get on plane

1: Check flight schedule
2: Confirm reservation or something
6: Hear message again

I’m pretty sure that’s it.

Oh, the other one is to get on the plane because the boarding platform has been changed.

does any one know the answer of the second last question of the listening part? (no.29)

by the way, mrboj,i think for ‘‘check flight schedule’’,2 is the right answer not 1
