Chinese, specifically Mandarin is more in demand. However note that most of the work you would be doing as a corporate lawyer would be done in English.
Best way to learn a language is to go and live in that country for an extended time.
English. Chinese might come in handy, but it more than likely won’t. Neither country needs more corporate lawyers; if you get your degree in the states, expect to stay in the states.
