I'm a high school senior and I'm having trouble narrowing my interests and picking a major/ career. I took an Econ course last year and I found development economics the most interesting aspect of economics. I want to pick a career that helps people, but also relates to economics. The problem is that it seems that any major within the business seems to relate to wallstreet or leads to joining a firm of some sort. I'm more interested in international economics on a larger scope and aiding undeveloped countries. I don't necessarily want to be an academic, such as a professor, but I really don't see any careers that could allow me to study economics on a larger scope, without going into teaching or academia. I'm good at math, but I don't want to be immersed in statistical economics, unless it ties back to international or development economics. Ideas on a career and a major to take me there?

international business?

any specific careers linked to intl business from an economics standpoint? im not clear on what a career in intl. business or development economics involves. I only understand them in a broad sense.
