Choose 2 Prep Books for Math 2

Hi everyone. I am planning to take the SAT 2 Math 2 this coming school year, probably in October or November or something. Anyways, I am looking for the best 2 prep books for Math 2, as I'm only willing to buy 2. I've heard that these are good:

Collegeboard Blue Book

Barron's (I know Barron's is overkill, but I want to ensure an 800. At the same time, I don't want to waste my time learning/reviewing topics that won't even show up on the test.)

Dr. Chung's

Any suggestions, CC? Thanks :)

bumpppp…

Dr.Chungs and Barrons, thats it.

Are the Dr. Chung’s practice tests fairly realistic with respect to the actual test?

There are actually quiet harder but I felt they were great help.

The first two. Barron’s is awesome, and TCB book’s real tests are indespensible. I used these books and scored an 800.

I just did some practice tests from the Barron’s book along with some brief review of Algebra II concepts I had forgotten from the year before. I got high 600s/low 700s on the Barron’s tests but received an 800 on the actual test. I would say if you’re confident in your math abilities and have taken pre-calc, a little bit of time with the Barron’s book will get you a very high score

So if you had to choose between Dr. Chung’s and Barrons, which would you pick?

bumppp… Anyone?

Barrons + CB Tests = 800

^ Agreed. That’s all I used.

Okay, thanks everyone. I’ll order Barron’s and CB tomorrow.

Yup, I agree.

Barron’s alone = 800

Is Barrons>Dr.Chungs?
