Which option do you think is best ? This is for my senior year.

SCIENCE

I'm taking honors chemistry now. (getting like 95% +)

just take AP chem next year

just take honors physics next year (its considered a hard course)

take AP chem + regular physics (b/c i think taking both AP chem and honors physics is hell)

MATH

I'm in AP AB Calc right now (barely getting an A)

what should i take next year?

AP STAT

AP BC Calc

Thanks :D
if you could provide reasons why thatd be great but its not necessary.

I would take option 1 because as hearing from the other posters, AP chem is hard so I would just stick with one and colleges look for AP classes but are not prefeered. I would take AP stat because as you are barely getting an A,AP Stat’s is much easier than AB Calc and I would think you would get an A.

I’d also say 3 and 1. If you don’t think you could handle AP Chem and Honors Physics, then regular physics would be good (unless there’s another AP/honors class you could take instead). It’s always better to have as many AP classes as you can handle.
For math, it would be almost pointless to take Calc BC after AB, because the entire first semester would be a repeat of your whole year of Calc AB (though it would be an easy A, second semester is much more difficult and if Calc isn’t your thing, not much point in taking it). AP Statistics is relatively easy and would not overlap with anything you’ve taken.

and most probably I will go
Calc AB (Jr./now) –> AP Stats (Sr./next year)

I’m not taking BC because at my school, BC has a reputation of being really hard due to the teacher’s grading policy. And more importantly, I’m lazy. I’m also probably going to take Chem at my local community college next year and not do physics because I hear physics is hard/full of busywork and I don’t want to try. Chem is just easy for me.

However, as Custardapple101 said, it’s generally better to stick to one area of study since it shows colleges you’re thinking about your major and makes admission into certain colleges easier.

Btw, I’m actually being serious so please excuse my ■■■■■-ish attitude xD
