choose between ap bio of physics or both..

hi im currently a sophomore in high school.
for the next junior class,
i am thinking about to take

AP language and Composition
AP Calculus AB
Government (required)
Chemistry (required)
and

Physics or AP Biology..
or should i take both....

i was going to take both at first (then which i have to take 6majors in one year), but then i must quit chorale group and i don't really sure about that... do you think take both class is worth it? thoguh people says im gonna hate my life.. but if it helps me from get in to top colleges, i think i should take 6 majors instead of chorus...(its 3sciences.....:))

(i am planning to quit band and add study hall, because i dont really like it.... are the studyhalls worth it than band??? )

However, if i only take 5 major,

i have to choose between AP bio or Physics..

i learned regular Biology in this current year.
maybe taking AP Biology next year year will easier because
i learned them year before.. im afraid that if i take biology in senior year then i will completely forget everything.....
and i just thought that top colleges would like to see my AP exam score in may of junior year... don't they??

Or.. i also can take regular physics, which my friends encourage me to take it because they says its fun....
First of all, if i take physics in junior year, then i have chance to take AP Physics in senior year, but if i dont then i lose the chance.. (i still have chance to take AP Bio in senior year even i dont take it in junior year... but then i take 3 or 4sciences in senior year..)
Do you guys think AP physics is worth it? and do colleges will like to see me take it?

i am so frustrated and agonizing about making this "tough" decision.. and i have to decide before this friday.......

I hope you guys can give me the best advice....(even though i will make the decision.. )..

thank you so much!

I took AP physics and bio senior year, mainly because I’m studying biomedical engineering. I definitely recommend taking an honors physics first before AP, so maybe honors physics this year, and AP physics and bio next.

Is AP Physics B or C? If you are interested in any science or engineering major in university, only C might give useful subject credit.

Since you are two years ahead in math (i.e. you are one of the top students in math), why not AP Calculus BC instead of AB?
