<p>I get admitted at UCLA and UCSD for electrical engineering, but i want to change my major to civil engineering. I got more Financial awards at UCSD than UCLA. is it possible to change my major from EE TO CE? which one college is better for civil or electrical engineering? is there any way to get more Financial aid awards UCLA like UCSD?

<p>i think you can change your major as long as you have most or all of the major requirements completed. you can apply for more awards after you are accepted</p>
