<p>the OP has got a full scholarship to USA. attending a college at USA is very expensive. so it is a hard to come by opportunity</p>
<p>attending NUS is easy and a lot of people also have the tuition grant... it is very common</p>
<p>also, a foreign degree comes with it the experience.</p>
<p>so i advice the OP to USA.</p>
