I recently saw that the University of Tsubuka(In japan) has a "G30 English program" taught all in English. I want to study international relations and foreign languages so I thought this would be perfect for me. I have never studied Japanese but it would be a great way to easily get proficiency because I would live in Japan for 4 years. I am taking Spanish, French, and beginning Chinese my senior year, so I could brush up on those while in University and study Japanese too. Plus, 1st year is free and they give allot of scholarships. Is there another program like this in europe or in Asia somewhere? Any international friendly schools like the University of Tsubuka? Pros and Cons of studying abroad all 4 years?

I want to get a masters at least, and I see they are ranked just a equally as any other good university. I am considering working with a business and being a translator....still not completely sure.
