Hi, I am currently a prospective college student who will be enrolling full-time later this fall.

Ultimately, I'd like to receive a PhD. in Biomedical Engineering. The University I am considering offers Biomedical Engineering as a B.S. degree; but I do not feel fully prepared to immerse myself in the subject.

Therefore, I am considering major/minor complements that would best prepare me for studies in biomedical engineering. The complement biology/computer science seems somewhat appealing ... but I feel that biology may be too broad a major.

I'm also interested in (as offered by university of consideration): Immunology/Microbiology, Biochemistry/Molecular Biology, Psychology, Anthropology, and Philosophy.

By the way, I'd double major ... but the University I'm considering requires a corresponding minor for each major (clarification needed?).

Thanks~
