Hi
I am an international student at a loss to decide between

Loomis chaffee
Choate
Northfield mount hermon
Salisbury
Taft

Can you please tell me which one is seen most positively in the US by top universities?

Also important to me
How good is campus and dorms
School Life?

Thanks so much for any help info you can give, not easy to choose from so far

Now, your criteria for picking a school doesn’t make much sense. Based on your criteria I would say Choate.

Did you apply to all of those schools? I’m thinking you should wait until after March 10 to see where you were accepted. Then you can ask for help making your choice. :)

If you didn’t apply, then you have an entire year to do your research and find the schools that are a good fit for YOU, And apply to those schools next year.

They are all good schools. Stop worrying about which one the colleges look at more favorably. Focus on yourself, because at the end of the day, colleges care more about what you did with yourself and your free time than which particular prep school you were lucky enough to attend.

Well said, Leafy. :)

I visited Loomis and Choate. Those two by far were my favourite two campuses. Loomis is smaller and has more of a sense of a community and Choate is bigger but everyone is friendly as well. I went on a rainy day during a fire drill, wasn’t exactly the best day to be there haha
