<p>I've been accepted at five universities for a undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering. I can't really make up my mind about which one to go to. Could anyone give me any advice?</p>

<p>it depends on whether you have financial constraints or not...if you need aid you might not wanna go to penn if they didnt give you a good offer...</p>

<p>According to NRC</a> rankings: Illinois (3), Michigan (5), GaTech (13), Rice (26), Penn (41).</p>
<p>Only if you're definitely going into EE. If you have some doubts, don't use those rankings.</p>
