Choosing AP courses

I wasn't really sure where to post this, but at my school we're starting to make course selections for next year. I will be able to take AP courses, but I'm not sure which ones to take. Mainly I want to take AP Language and Composition as my English course. The other options I have are AP U.S. History, and for sciences AP Biology or AP Chemistry.

What courses are most respected by colleges? I'm not sure if I want to take so many AP classes, as I can also take honors ones.

Also, I'm not sure which science course to take. I'm not exactly keen on science, but I'm pretty okay at it, I guess.
My choices are Honors Environmental Science, Honors Anatomy and Physiology, Honors Physics, or AP Chem or AP Bio.

I need advice!!

Don’t worry about what colleges like. Take what you like and are good at. Talk to your advisor. Honors classes can even be better because there are fewer limits on what is covered.
