<p>I am applying for BME Masters Programs. I am actually interested in two very different areas but would it look bad/ like I'm unsure of what I want if I indicate that on my personal statement? Some apps even ask specifically what profs you want to work with and I feel like writing the names of two profs in very different sub-fields will look bad.</p>
