Here's what I have established for my junior year schedule so far:
AP English III
Pre-AP Precal
AP Physics B
AP U.S. History
Pre-AP German IV
Tennis

This leaves me 2 spots for electives. Here are my extracurriculars:
Debate team, tennis team, engineering club, national german honor society, german club, comp. sci. club, Key Club, Academic Quiz League, FBLA (business)

For my elective spots, I have chosen the following:
AP Computer Science
Debate II
Academic Decatholon (weighted credit)
AP European History
Business Executive Internship

I am running for leadership positions in Student Council and Key Club which add a class period, but I am not popular so I doubt I will get elected, so I am choosing 2 electives for now.

So, AP Comp. Sci.: If I didn't take it, it would feel like a waste of a year taking Pre-AP Comp. Sci. At the same time, I don't know how much weight colleges attach to a course like this, would they prefer AP European History?

AP Euro: Does this really matter? I see it specifically outlined on Harvard's website, but not any other top colleges. It is also counted as an elective in my school (a large public school) so I doubt anybody takes it. This year I found AP World History incredibly boring, but if taking AP Euro is something that adds points when colleges take a look at the transcript, why not?

Business Internship: I don't know about this one, probably will be getting coffee and filling out spreadsheets for a local company for one period? I intend to major in economics and work in NY.

Debate II: I don't know if I have to take this. I plan on going to every tournament for the rest of high school, it is my most participated-in out of school EC for this year, but at the same time, the class itself doesn't get me any credit and I don't know if I even need the class to write my cases and go to the tournaments.

I'm confused, help me out. Thanks :)
