My daughter is deciding between several different schools.

Bowdoin College (Prestigious/Great Academics but expensive), McGill (Prestigious but far from home and the major to be selected is not clear), Quinnipiac (Good university, close home and already accepted her for the combined Physical Therapy program that she wants, cost is between Bowdoin and McGill) and UConn our public state college by far the less expensive and she can study a major that relates well with Physical Therapy. Also discarded because of cost BostonU, UMiami (her first choice but offered the worst financial package) and Fairfield U.

How different in reputation are Bowdoin, McGill, Quinnipiac and Uconn? Is the difference in cost and overall experience worth it?

Thank you for your advice.
