Choosing Schools: Pre-med/Middle Eastern Studies

I'm a high school senior and still waiting for most of my schools to get back to me, but I am trying to prioritize my choices. I'm interested in going to medical school, but I am also interested in Arabic or Middle-Eastern studies, as I would like to eventually practice as a physician in humanitarian efforts in that region. I want a good school that will help me get into medical school and has good International & M.E. studies programs. I am more than willing to work hard, but I don't want to go to a place where it's impossible from me to maintain a good GPA or participate in ECs.

I was deferred from UPenn and UChicago ED and EA respectively. I also applied to WashU, Northwestern, Bucknell, William and Mary, Cornell, Virgina, Georgetown, the University of Pittsburgh, and Johns Hopkins University.

Thoughts? What do you think is the best choice for my interests?
