Choosing senior year schedule?

I have a 31 on ACT and a 3.3 unweighted GPA. If I get an unweighted 3.9 next year I can have above a 3.5 (my goal).
I know I can get into colleges in my state, but I want to go for academic scholarships, maybe?
I thought if I take hard classes next year I can achieve that, yes?

I have 7 periods next year, I know I am taking:
AP Calc
English 4
Advanced Physics.

However, I want to take:
AP Psych
AP Bio
AP Stats
Spanish 4
Anatomy/Physiology.
MAYBE Environmental Science

I have 4 more classes to choose, and 5th period doesn't offer ANY of the classes I want.

How do I know which to take when I don't know what I want to major in?

Really I can only choose 3 of those since one period doesn't offer any AP except AP U.S. History. ( I have already taken U.S. History before the AP class was offered)

Should I Teachers Aide 5th hour? Or would that look bad? I could take a class I am not very interested in and just get an A.

I am thinking:
AP Psych
AP Bio
AP Calc
English IV
Advanced Physics
Spanish IV
Then something for 5th period (none of the classes I listed are available 5th period)

But really it's up in the air.... Help?

That sounds pretty good! First of all, I would definitely continue with Spanish. I like your schedule because it has a little from each subject–science, math, social sciences, foreign language, etc. I would only suggest adding a history class–if European History or something like that is offered fifth period, I’d go with that. A teacher’s aide wouldn’t be bad, but another academic class would be even better.

shameless bump

Also is physics required for almost all engineering majors?

I know AP Environmental Science and AP psych are considered “easy” but I want to take them both! But I also want to be taken seriously for college so i want to take AP Bio. And of course I think physics is important??
