Choosing the best petroleum engineering school for doing a master degree

I am a Petroleum Engineer and I want to do my master in USA, but I have a little dilemma about choosing the best place to do my master, I have the intention to present my documents in these universities: UFA, Texas Tech and OU, So if I get addmited in these universities, What would you advise me to choose the best option?</p>
